Versatility & durability
This quick disconnect system works well to transfer your tactical gear to any platform accepting the blackhawk mount. Eliminates the need to own multiple holsters or the necessity of lengthy gear swaps. My only complaint is that the quick disconnect adds 5/8-3/4" to the profile which eliminates its usefulness to swap a holster for concealed use.

BlackHawk SERPA Quick Disconnect and Glock 20 set up.
I purchased the quick disconnect attachment so that I could easily move my Glock 20 and the Level 2 CQC SERPA Holster between the Tactical CQC Holster Platform, the Paddle mount, and the Belt mount. It does a great job. Not only can I transition between whatever mount I need for the day but I can adjust the angle of the firearm to better draw from a sitting position.

serpa quick disconnect
love this system. everyone knows how hard it is to remove a paddle holster out of your pants without practically taking your pants down! a pain! with this system you can simply unlock your holster and walk into walmart, or whatever in a non open carry state and easily snap it back on when you get back in your car. love it. only drawback is it adds about 5/8 of an inch (which doesn't sound like alot)between your holster and your body.

Perfect solution for multiple location placement
I have one in my 5.11 All Hazards Nitro, one on the bed, and one on my Blackhawk drop leg platform. I use it to carry my Springfield 1911 everywhere. The kit is robust and allows for easy removal for movement to multiple locations. The tabs are easy to press and they lock securely.

Serpa QA system
I have a favorite pistol that I carry all the time concealed. When I am wearing a sports coat and in a crowded area I wear it in a shoulder holster . When I hike I like to wear the same gun in my waist band without having to thread a belt thru the holster loop holes. The Serpa QA system allows me to switch holsters in a matter of seconds!

Just as described
The male quick disconnect attachment is exactly as described. It quickly allows you to attach and detach whatever you have it installed on. Makes moving holsters from on platform to another very easy. I highly recommend it.

BlackHawk SERPA Quick Disconnect Kit
Great system! Have these on all my BlackHawk leg drop rigs and paddles. Makes changing pistol holsters quick and reliable. I use them with BlackHawk Serpa and Zahal Scorpus holsters. Which color is personal preference, but they are easy to use and hold up extremely well.

Allows for the quick detachment and replacement of holster to different platforms. Only downside is proper placement on holster to facillitate easy removal. Further it allows for quick transitions to different platforms reducing number of different holsters required.
