These slip-in knee pads are a good bottom layer to protect your knee cap. I use them in the blackhawk! ITS pants' integrated pocket, on top of these slip-in pads I use the blackhawk! external neoprene kneepads. The combo works well together
Pros: Fit perfectly in blackhawk! pants with integrated pockets, stay in place in washing machine, contoured fit
Cons: A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for
