Most Helpful Positive Review bang for buck
I do not like to wrap knee pads around my knee since it disturbs my movement. These do not protect your knees compared against conventional knee pads but they are easy to install and very cheap. It acts more like a cushion compared to protection. Great buy. Pros: Cheap, easy to install Cons: Does not offer protection compared to conventional knee pads

Totally useful for Blackhawk pants

Very useful inserts for lightweight tactical pants by Blackhawk. I have tried it on concrete, wooden and ground surfaces. Much better feeling than without it. Also I want to mention that after several days they become almost invisible in pants and pants can be recognized as tactical only by familiar persons.

Slip In Knee Pads

These slip-in knee pads are a good bottom layer to protect your knee cap. I use them in the blackhawk! ITS pants' integrated pocket, on top of these slip-in pads I use the blackhawk! external neoprene kneepads. The combo works well together
Pros: Fit perfectly in blackhawk! pants with integrated pockets, stay in place in washing machine, contoured fit
Cons: A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for
