Excellent!
This is a great holster and the ability to wear it either with the paddle or through the belt is huge benefit. Using the Kydex makes for a strong carry method and as good or better quality than the more expensive brands. I use this for the range, for advanced firearms classes or for CC with a long jacket or sweater. My pistol is secure and this is extremely easy to draw. the price is right too!
Glock 42 holster
Nice fit on the body and snug fit of weapon in holster.
No lock on holster to retain weapon.
Very comfortable to wear.
Overall holster is a good deal at this price. Be aware that it does't stay secure without the locking mechanism.

Best holster for the money!
This is not the best holster out there,
It's the best holster for the price, and much better than over-engineered costly alternatives. I use it in Afghanistan as a bodyguard and depend on it. I've used them on the range and for competition. It's as versatile as they come with a very quick adjustable draw. I bought two, one using the belt attachment for my duty/mission belt; It won't slide around the belt and end up on your back or buckle like alternatives. The other I'm using with the paddle attachment for quick on-and-off use around garrison, chow hall, etc. The paddles is quick, comfortable, and very secure. If only they made something as functional and cost effective molded for a mounted pistol light, e.g. surefire x200.

Blackhawk Glock 42 holster
I was looking for a holster for my new Glock 42 .380 and this one is perfect. I went to different gun stores but none worked then I saw this one on Optics Planet and it is a perfect fit. If you are looking for a holster for your Glock 42 this is the one.
