Blackhawk warranty service did follow through as promised - BlackHawk SERPA Level 2 Tactical Holsters

Called BlackHawk customer service on 12/2 with an part issue on my SERPA platform. Never received replacement part.. Called back again today and spoke with Deborah. She stated she saw my order, but the person forgot to ship it out. Deborah then stated she was altering what the previous person at BlackHawk said they were going to ship out because "they don't warranty certain items", but I could come here (OpticsPlanet) and order the part. While I was on the phone with Deborah I checked here and the other reseller she said I could order the replacement part. Not available here or there. Deborah said well if they don't offer it, you can try another place. -1 for BlackHawk warranty service. They promised something and did not follow through...
