Simple 1.5 inch belt attachment, smooth insertion, reassuring retention click confirmation, easy draw and reholstering makes this a pleasure to use.
Versatile “near appendix” positioning, most comfortable at 2 o’clock for me, with negligible grip printing. To remove the 1.75 inch clips from a belt, push down first, then pull end of clip up slightly over belt and lift off.

OpticsPlanet has this listed as OWB, but after researching Blackpoint's site, it is definitley the IWB version. It's exceptionally well-made and has metal belt clips instead of the plastic ones shown in the product photo on this site. I wore it in both appendix and 4-o'clock positions, and it's the 4 o'clock position where this holster really shines. The adjustable clips allow the wearer to choose the exact cant of the weapon to suit your draw style. Because the design of the holster is wide at the base, I found this holster wasn't as comfortable in the appendix carry position, but it can be done. I recommend removing the leather wings and reversing them so the bottom angle of the holster creates a U shape, as it's much more comfortable to wear. Retention is awesome on a P365-380, like the holster was made for it! For the adjustability, fit and comfort, this holster is definitely worth the money.
