This is the cheapest dummy magazine I could find for the G43. Yes it works, but not my much. The magazine is based off of the initial magazine design (33388) with a built in flaw. If the magazine is not inserted straight, it will hang up on the magazine release. Glock released an updated G43 magazine to fix this issue (33388 001). I may be able to modify the dummy magazine to fix this issue. This magazine is very light and not weighted at all. My biggest complaint is the amount of play in the magazine when fully inserted in the G43. You can pull the magazine over 1/4" out of the magazine well before it stops. In fact you can pull the magazine out without touching the magazine release. It barely catches at all.

I am a big fan of using dummy magazines for training, if I had a choice I don't think I would buy this again.
