Bog Tripod game changer
Very satisfied with my new Bog Death Grip. Very sturdy even with my 15# Bull barrel AR. Grips great, very steady, may never use a bench for sighting in or shooting again.
Pros:
- Fairly light, quality material smooth and spiked feet
Cons:
- none so far
Best Used for:
- shooting rest

Great Product
This Bog tripod is stout. Very well built, I'm 6' 1" and the tripod is plenty tall enough for my shooting needs. Quality, heavy duty metal parts. The vise seems to hold the gun very well, seems a little heavy but what would you expect from a metal tripod, going to test it out this weekend coyote hunting. The mossy oak camo just makes it that much better. Great price as well and shipping was fast!

Bog tripod
Not sure if these need much review. If you have ever used one, you know they are quality built with excellent grip for all your shooting needs. Excellent products from awesome company. My only thought is it should come with the carry bag that I ordered from bog. Not a deal breaker but the bag is an added benefit for toting the tripod around if you have the need.
Pros:
- None
Cons:
- No carry bag
Best Used for:
- Any kind of shooting

Happy with my purchase
Been using a close relatives Bog tripod, bought this one for myself. Doesn’t have the ball head but can upgrade that later. Works as it should

Very Impressive Tripod
This is certainly the sturdiest tripod I have used and the Death Grip vice is simple, smooth, and fast. This is not a lightweight unit that you would consider taking on a sheep hunt, but that is not what I wanted it for anyway. It is plenty light enough to pack out into the field to use for coyotes and squirrels or to use at the range as a rock-solid rest. The angle stops for the legs are a great addition and I love that you can leave them at a particular set point that is best for an activity (standing/sitting/kneeling) for the duration of your hunt, even as you move locations. The leg lengths are easy to adjust and the locking levers are large enough to grab with gloved hands. The addition of the rubber leg strap is a nice touch. The one addition I would like to see is a quick height adjustment mast. You currently have to unlock and adjust the length of all 3 legs to raise/lower your rifle, a center mast would eliminate this lengthier adjustment. All-in-all this is a fantastic product that I will use for years to come.
Pros:
- Quality
- Comfortable
- Sturdy
- Grippy
- quick
- Non-maring
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- hunting
- Shooting in all conditions
- Stationary Hunting
