Quality product! - Manfrotto Bogen 3-Way Aluminum Photo Video Head with Quick Release (QR) 200PL-14 Plate 391RC2

This tripod head is exactly what i was looking for. I use it with a small video camera outdoors and it works great. very stable for such a small head. the pan tilt is also smoother than i expected. great head for such a low price.
Pros: small and compact yet durable
Cons: probably not the best for big cameras
