This works perfect for what we need. Just wish the one adjuster would tighten better so the picture wasn't on a slant. Not sure if it's missing a washer or

Cons: The horizontal adjustment won't stay. I've tried to tighten it but can't crank it enough. The picture is always slightly tilted.

Quality Product!
This tripod head is exactly what i was looking for. I use it with a small video camera outdoors and it works great. very stable for such a small head. the pan tilt is also smoother than i expected. great head for such a low price.
