Good semi-fluid video head - Manfrotto 700RC2 Mini Video Head

The 700RC2 is a good head for the price giving a nice fluid-like action for video work. At 10x the head can give smooth action with a careful touch - hard to achieve with most other semi-fluid heads. The biggest negative is the lack of adjustments - specifically, balancing the camera on the head which is critical for smooth shooting is near to impossible if the camera is not already balanced due to lack of any adjustments.
Pros: Economical with good fluid-like action
Cons: Minimal amount of adjustments
