Manfrotto 700RC2
Excellent product very fluid movement for the price. Lightweight and great to bring along backpacking. I use a Manfrotto carbon tripod and mount a Swarovski 15X for spotting in the western mountains..

Good semi-fluid video head
The 700RC2 is a good head for the price giving a nice fluid-like action for video work. At 10x the head can give smooth action with a careful touch - hard to achieve with most other semi-fluid heads. The biggest negative is the lack of adjustments - specifically, balancing the camera on the head which is critical for smooth shooting is near to impossible if the camera is not already balanced due to lack of any adjustments.
