This is a super shaver at a very reasonable price. When I found it on OpticsPlanet, it was originally cheaper than the current one. I ordered one, it looked so good in hand for a daily shaver and the blade size was perfect (6/8) so I ordered a second one. The OP's service was very reliable and fast. Their coupon system works also very nicely and can provide you some savings as well. This is a very good daily shaver (used it this morning). But the edge is very delicate - it is extra hollow blade. Boker silver steel

I love this razor. I now dread rotating my razors due to the fact all I want to use is this one. I cant tell you why but the shave this razor gives is like no other, it just glides effortlessly and smooth. Stroping this razor is a breeze super easy. The pice at Optics planet was amazing and shipping was fast.

Great Razor

Receive this last night and tried it on a three day growth of beard. Gave it 10 laps on a leather strop treated with .1 micron paste and 20 laps on plain leather. Got a really great shave!!!!!
Pros: Shaved great after a little stroping
Cons: None yet.

Boker Silver Steel..a Real Razor

Great price for a razor that you can hand down for generations. This blade is NOT for beginners though. If you have an experienced hand with straight razors, you will not be disappointed with this Boker
Pros: Only razor you and your grandson will ever need
Cons: Requires maintenance (not bad if you have the stuff)
