Major curvature is the key feature on these. Switched over to these when Serengeti discontinued the base 8 curvature styles with glass lenses. These came in a box from Zeiss Labs in OH, the first pair had lens so poorly fabricated they were a total joke! Called OP for an RMA, and sent them back for a new pair that were simply perfection. I have a very mild nearsighted Rx (-.75), and the sight picture through the lens are exceptionally clear edge to edge even with the extreme wrap, easily comparable to the glass Serengeti lens costing mucho more. I ordered the TLB Brown with anti-reflective coating, which is less anti-reflective on the inside than a glass Serengeti or Vuarnet lens, but worth the small amount they ask for it. Did not order mirror coating as the couple i have had over the years were too easily scratched off, exception being factory RX Vuarnets not readily available in the US. Only beefs are that they will fog up in the center due to the hi wrap and closed fit over the nose bridge, oh well, a lot glasses over the years and nearly all extreme wrap ones fogged up a little. They are also wide. I would consider myself a medium face, and these definitely have some width to spare on them. They fit over the bike helmet straps with no probs and lots of room to spare. Getting them under my ski and motorcycle helmets are another story, wish they were a few mm narrower at the temple... oh well. Will buy them again...

I have places a second order for an tort. F1 frame with blue polorized lens.

I don't have that strong a prescription and yet the curvature of the lens created a very distorted view. I had trouble judging distance and it gave me a headache. I went for some flatter Ray Bans that worked well.
