Legacy Reviewer's Review of Bounty Hunter Quick Draw II Digital Metal Detector with Four Operating Modes and LCD Display - QD2
See the Pro's section.
Pros: Comparing with the other popular brands i see in use on YouTube, the QD II performs as well as any of them. The discrimination circuitry does what its supposed to do. As with all detectors, using it efficiently has a large learning curve. ALL detectors are inherently erratic given the multitude of conditions we encounter. But, they are consistently erratic, and this is learnable. Spend a lot of time with the machine and pay close attention. A good ear on a cheap machine is far better than a novice on an expensive one. It just takes time. Like learning a musical instrument.
Cons: None
