The oem stock was such a beast on looks and pitiful performance to boot, but Boyds came to rescue and changed the ugly beast into a fair-haired maiden!
I chose the "nutmeg" classic, great on looks and I plan to pillar-bed so the accuracy should be on par, the rifle I bought was the compact model, so I'm looking for light weight which is still plenty light for a laminated stock.
