Poor parts and workmanship.

Customer service does not keep parts available to fix locking device. Looks good but not reliable. Coded lock can fail in time of emergency. Customer service said too bad buy another one. They are very aware of the problem. Poor cable linkage just slightly larger than a human hair. Breaks just after warrantee expires.
