Received this product in a timely fashion from the shipper. Was able to set up the smoker in about 30 minutes including washing all the racks and pan. Would highly suggest to purchase several favors of wood chips to experiment with flavorful cooking techniques for various meets, poultry and fish. The 4-rack unit can easily accommodate enough meat to feed 10 people in a single smoking session. Amazing smoked chicken and ribs with our first use of smoker. Should have bought one years ago!
