Great Tool for Garage Gun Smithing
Saw a version of this tool at the gun shop and looked into it. If the shop's gunsmith was using a similar tool to work on the weapons then I thought I would give it a try. It turned out to be a great tool that gave me the confidence to break a torque or set a torque on applicable guns. This tool was less than half the price of a Real Avid and fit my AR15s perfectly when I need to add or remove an attachment without damaging my the upper receiver. The old jigs and other devices undoubtedly would have warped or break my upper as I was trying to torque a barrel nut or muzzle. This tool makes it super convenient and easy to try new muzzle devices/compensators.
I used to shop at Optical Planet all the time then just stopped one day, years ago. I don't remember why, but I am glad I rediscovered the site. Everything you need to keep your weapons operational and upgrades when I need to upgrade. Optical Planet has an enormous selection and great sales. Good job and thank you for the offerings.
