I was skeptical after reading the reviews but I decided to give it a go anyway. I am so glad i did. I got the blast shield as well. The pair look fantastic and I have not noticed a flash of any kind in my optics when firing rapidly. I have been practicing double taps from a standing position and I haven’t noticed significant muzzle rise either. The reviewer that was getting strikes most likely ordered the wrong size as there are thread pitch options as well as caliber options. Make sure you select the proper caliber and proper thread pitch.

Purchased this muzzle device because the price was so low and it had promising reviews across multiple sites. Installed on a 10.5 pistol build and within the first 150 rounds one of the tines was noticeably bent outward. Another 50 or so rounds and the tine blew off completely. I’ve contacted breek arms and they are sending a new one in the mail to replace the faulty one. We will see if the new one holds together any better.
Cons:
- construction
- quality and lifespan
- Failed in less than 150 rounds

This flash hider is mind boggling. It looks great, has functional design, and is incredibly affordable. Break Arms customer service is also top notch! They are very communicative and interested in customer feedback. I am seriously impressed with their design taking notes from the infamous BE Meyers 249F. They implement the same threading of the internal diameter, which works wonders to disrupt exiting gases. The end result is an exceptionally functional flash hider, like really its amazing. I replaced a 3 port Ascend Ti brake on my AR-10 and this has made a world of difference ( in a good way). Recoil and muzzle rise wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be coming from a brake. It does make it nicer to shoot with the added “TACTICAL” benefit of hiding flash and reducing concussion. I couldn’t be more satisfied! Looking forward to their new designs, they are even considering releasing a competitor to the WARCOMP & NOX. A ported flash hider at this price point would definitely be a no brainer!
* My only con is the external threads, as I don’t plan on using their blast baffle. *
Pros:
- economical
- Quality
- Finish

I never heard of Breek Arms until, I came across their 3FO. I was looking for a flash hider to replace an exceptionally effective brake on my AR-10. At $27 I could give them a shot. I just received it today and I couldn’t be more pleased. Besides the finish lacking, this is on par with SOLGW, Dead Air, Surefire, Precision Armament ect. The FH has very little visible machining and the product has a high quality feel. The prongs are threaded on the inside diameter, which should be very effective at eliminating flash. The only other flash hiders I know with this design are the NOX by SOLGW, B.E. Meyers 249F, and the JP tactical flash hider. For the money, you can’t go wrong with this. They even managed to quell some of the “ping” you get with other open tine flash hiders. Overall, I am very satisfied with my initial impression and can’t wait to try this out at night. If you want to spend 4-5 times as much by all means do so, I have all the mentioned flash hiders and they are overall better but for the money nothing comes close in my opinion.
Pros:
- Price
- Quality
- Made in USA
- Design & Build
Cons:
- Finish
- asthetics could be a little better
Best Used for:
- Pew pew
- eliminating flash

For the price this seems like an amazing deal! Popular 3 print design known to work well, and external threads with common pattern used on many automotive items that one could Form 1. Will update my review once I receive it and check it out!
