Quality Flash Hider, Reasonable Price Point
Solid and to the point: the Breek Arms Plan B Sentinel is a semi-compact, well-made caged flash hider that’s perfect when you need real flash suppression without stretching your barrel — it’s machined from 4140 hardened steel, nitride finished, runs about 2.15" long and weighs roughly 1.8–2.2 oz depending on caliber, and it’s built to work with the Plan B/Atlas quick-mount system. The closed-tine/caged design does a good job breaking up and redirecting the muzzle signature (NVG-friendly), and it’s pin-and-weld ready if you’re tying it into a 14.5" build. Fit and finish feel like what you’d expect from Breek at this price — clean machining, solid threads and a proper peel washer in the box — In my opinion it looks and functions better than its modest price suggests. One caveat: the internal depth can protrude farther into certain low-profile mounts/suppressors than expected, so double-check clearances if you’re mating it to a specific can. All told, if you want a short, snag-resistant flash hider that plays nicely with Plan B accessories and actually tames signature in low light, the Sentinel is an easy, practical pick.
Breek sentinel
Flash hider seemed good I did have to return it and swap it for a shorter one to work with the yhm r9 it did work with my Stacy's mom can but was to long for the r9... Optic planet is supposed to make it right and give me store credit for it so we'll see

Function Design
The cage design is great for mitigation of the muzzle flash and having the bottom ports filled prevent the dirt and dust signature when shooting prone still waiting to try the supressor mount with the plan b threads but I have no doubts that will interface with no problem. It dose come with a washer, for me it was to thick to get the right timing so I would recommend having a shim set or a crush washer to install just incase you have the same timing problem I did. It is pre drilled for a pin and weld job also, for anyone that wants to use a 14.5" barrel this flash hider brings it to the legal length once permanently attached to the barrel.

Seemed like an open box item but the product itself was in like new condition. I onstalled it and no issues. You wont be disappointed you will still need another adapter.

Top Quality Flash Hider
Purchased this flash hider along with a few others from Breek Arms and I am thoroughly impressed with the quality. The finishing and threads are pristine, and I have had no problems with it so far!

Quality At A Budget
Very impressed with the quality of machining and overall finish of these new Plan B flash hiders. Absolutely flawless lines with no machining marks, high quality steel, and sharp threads. Couldn't ask for more at this price point.

Longer than expected
Well made, works well, but protrudes further into the can than expected. I measured 1.7" depth with the Breek HUB ONE Low Profle Mount - too long for my LPM Mach-L.
