This item would never hold up to real use. I could squeeze the tube with my hand and deform it. I purchased this because it has the YHM thread type on the barrel nut which I need for use on a DPMS GII pattern rifle.

Amazing! Durable, lightweight, looks great

I've always been a fan of Brigand products. I've owned a few of their products and I am always impressed. The Carbon Black handguard is cheaper while still being super cool. 100% recommend this for someone looking for a great handguard.
