I experinced an uncomfortable warmth associated with flashlight being on for about 10-15 minutes, the whole flashlight gets pretty warm in your hand. Other than that this is a bright, compact, well constructed flashlight.
Pros: small, bright, well constructed
Cons: gets really warm after about 10-15 minutes of constant on.
