This product is advertised for a .22 takedown and it doesn't work very well at all. It's too big and nothing is snug for a .22. May be fine for deer rifle, not for .22. It is made nice and cushy but the .22 slides around. The Velcro straps will not tighten down. It was just wrongly advertised. I would not recommend this at all if you have a nice gun. Carrying strap is very awkward alao

If you are using this with the original open sights or with a scope that mounts on the action, it fits just right. But, if you have a scout scope mounted on your barrel, then you have to take your scope off to put the barrel in your case. Defeats the purpose of mounting and sighting in your scope.
Pros: fits just right
Cons: won't work with scout scope

My BLR has a Scout Scope attached to the barrel of the takedown and it fits properly and is well protected. The case is lightweight, and easy to transport.
Pros: Everything fits as expected
Cons: none

Nice looking factory case which certainly fits the quality of my Browning BLR 81. Adequate storage compartments (w/ velcro straps) which fit my take-down as well as a front pocket for my extra mags.
Would have preferred more padding and foam to give the case a firmer feeling when carrying around.
This is more of a storage or range case. Definitely not recommend for a hunting trip.
Pros: Nice presentation, perfect storage compartments for your take-down (w/ scope),
Cons: Padding and foam could be more substantial

Case is a good looker especially with the Browning logo. Stores my takedown BLR81 adequately with the proper compartments and tie down straps.
Padding should be much thicker if one intends to use this case outdoors to the range or travelling.
Pros: Looks and compartments
Cons: flimsy padding

Product description should include holding a SCOPED SA-22---also handy, ample outside pocket for ammo, etc. A unmentioned carrying strap is also included---more than I expected for $35---HBC
Pros: Tough,Long-Lasting
