Most Helpful Positive Review Browning bore light
Sturdy light with bright LED illumination. Gets into tight spaces easily and bore inspection probe can be removed so it can be used as a pen light. The only downside to this light is that it uses 3 AAAA batteries which are expensive to purchase. But the light does come with three alkaline batteries enclosed so that's a plus. Bright beam makes bore inspection easy. Pros: Aluminum housing, bright light, great for tight spaces Cons: Takes AAAA batteries

Good for what its meant for

Where I bought it from said it took a single AAAA, it takes 2. I needed a single AAAA system, so I can't use it as I wanted, but it does work well otherwise.
Pros: Very bright, works well
Cons: Takes more abtteries than advertised

Great bore light

Great light, highly recommended. Had the Hoppe's light but it broke pretty quick. This loth is well made and will last.
Pros: Great light, very bright, well made, great light for the money, much nicer than the hoppes light

Arrived inoperative

This item arrived inoperative. I had to disassemble it to make it work as advertised. I doesn't seem to be well made. Mine is usable for me as all I wanted was a bore light and will keep it for that. It otherwise is over priced.

This is a great item for checking the conditions of barrels and actions when cleaning or buying a used firearm. Insert the batteries away you go. Simple, easy, and bright.
