Dash mount for boat or car. Mounts vertically, horizontally, upside down or anywhere in between. Maximum of 20 degrees tilting angle in any direction. Liquid dampened. Red lighted compass (the colour of the compass light is deep blood red - really nice colour and highly visible). Deviation of up to +/-45 degrees can be compensated for which is caused by magnetic sources such as stereo speakers, windshield wiper motors, etc. Compensation for such deviations is as simple as turning a North-South screw and/or East-West screw (Just follow the simple instructions).The compass tolerates temperatures down to -30 degrees celsius.
