Cant beat it for the $
Overall this scope is great and easy to use, I mounted it on a ruger redhawk 44 and pulled the trigger and was on the paper, with a few minor adjustments I was shooting 2 inch groups at 50 and 6 invh groups at 100. Out of a 7 1/2 barrel with a 2 power scope id say thats not bad. I love BSA and will continue to buy their products, thanks for an affordable stainless pistol scope!
Pros: ease of use, price, quality, weight
Cons: Straight 2 power, 20mm objective is not as quick to point as a 32mm
Great pistol scope
I put this on a taurus tracker 17 hmr 6.5" barrel model. It works great. The fixed power is all you need for the range of most any pistol.

BSA Optics Edge 2x20mm Pistol Scope
First pistol scope I have bought (and I have several) that came bore-sighted right out of the box.
I installed it on a Ruger Mark III 22LR, used high mount see-through bases so as to allow the use of iron sights.
Bore sighted the scope using a laser device ... to my surprise, there was absolutely no need to adjust the turrets (take it as a good sign).
Scope size, weight, eye relief and clarity are good to me, but I don't have a high-end sample to compare with.
I haven't tried this set-up at the range, that is why I gave it 4 stars, but I have high expectations that it will work as intended.
The scope is reasonably priced and should perform adequately when compared to some real-proud ridiculously priced manufacturers.

460 Smith & Wesson
6 shots with the 460 S&W and became blurry! Could not focus on target so off it came. It was on the 10" model with bipod and brake. Maybe it would work on something lighter, I'm not sure even on a 44 mag which others said was great.
Pros:
- Good for 5 shots!
Cons:
- NOT VERY DURABLE
Best Used for:
- 22 caliber pistols

So far so good
Put one on a Savage Striker in 308 win. Minimal adjustments had it printing 1.25 inch groups at 100 yards. Plan on taking my Wyoming Pronghorn with it this year. After shooting 100 rounds, it still holds zero just fine. Keep in mind, it has a muzzle brake and felt recoil is just a bit less than my super Blackhawk 44 mag with full power loads. If youre on a budget, this or the 2x7 are the way to go in my opinion

Suitable for target shooting
I mounted mine on a Beeman P-5 spring-piston air pistol for target shooting. The optics, and reticle, are very clear, and it holds it's zero. It's very short in length if that's a concern. I'm very pleased with this scope, and they are a step up from the lower priced 2x20 scopes sold here that I was previously using. My scope arrived without the "EDGE" medallion, and so, I phoned BSA customer service and had the medallion within a few days. I can't but help giving them a plug for their excellent service.

Pros: easy to fit on ruger super redhawk, only took 10 shots to zero
Cons: as with any long eye releife scope glare

BSA pistlescope 2X20mm
I found this scope reasonable in cost and easy to setup. I use it for sighting in my Ruer MarkII, I initially had a pretty hard time zeroing in on the bulls eye. I enjoyed it overall and would recommend it to beginners.
Pros: good price, easy to setup
Cons: not to easy to zero in to target
