BSA 42mm red dot adjustable brightness rheostat
mine was in the plastic package brand new and will sometimes shut off after the rifle shoots. only certain positions on the rheostat from 0-11 will stay on after the rifle fires (not a huge deal but worth mentioning) for mine level 8 works good. also it IS kind of big but I purposely bought the 42mm...

BSA optics 42mm
Mine had a nice view and was easy to install. Problem was that it would not hold site and finally would not go down for elevation. Finally the elevation knob and all the attached part flew out and would not go back. This all happened just past warranty!

BSA Red dot Optics.
Great price and and fine optic. Mounted on the wife's 10/22 and she is doing great even at 100 meters!
She will most likely use it for the silhouette shoot this winter. She is trying to get used to no magnification
but still feels comfortable with the results she is getting.

BSA 42mm red dot
For the price you can't go wrong with this sight. Mounted it on an AK-47 forward over the gas tube. Have shot 500-1000 rounds with it no problems holds zero. This sight is big 42mm but that means it allows more light in during low light situations and a larger field of view. The only complaint is the mount it's pretty cheaply made but it has held zero and not come loose.
Pros:
- Price
- reliability
Cons:
- Mount could be more heavy duty
Would recommend: Yes

solid construction
Good solid finder scope with metal housing. I would have liked more variation on the low level intensity but it is still satisfactory. Using it as a finder scope for a telescope. Mistakenly thought the left/right and elevation controls were adjustable with thumbs screw but they are actually screw down dust cap covers for a flat head screws, so it will be interesting to see how easily I can adjust these in the dark.
Pros:
- Large view field
- Soild construction
- good Price.
Cons:
- screw driver need to adjust
Would recommend: Yes
