Just got done building a pre-ban MAK-90. Needed a cheap good sight. Installed and zeroed with ease. When shooting indoors I had to put the brightness to 1 or 2, but when your outdoors setting 4-5 seemed too dim. But still can and locate target, other wise it's a good for the money and held up great from the heat and recoil from a 7.62x39. If you own or shot AK varieties you know how much heat comes off of the fore grip
Pros: Easy to see, easy to use, held zero after 300rd of 7.62x39. Great for indoor
Cons: very dim even on highest setting when outdoors
