Need to read instructions
Did not hold zero, until I read the instructions very carefully. There is a screw that has to be loosened, and then retightened after zeroing in. I have mine on a leapers handle mount on my Stag Model 3H.I can remove and replace the mount on the handle, and still be dead on.
Pros: compact, light, i...

Out-of-Box Faiure
Bought this brand new and had to cut through the "Quality Assured" stickers holding the box together. The instructions are pretty much non-existent. Just a diagram of the sight itself. Unpacked, put battery in and nothing. Tried reversing polarity of battery...nothing. Tried a new battery...not...

Lasted 60 rounds of 22 cal
You get what you pay for. I went cheap since this BSA red dot is mounted on a .22 SW Victory.
It failed within 20 minutes. If I untighten the battery cover a half turn it will come back on for a while.

Sight is garbage
Mounted this on a 7.62 x 39 rifle and was pleased to see my first three shot group was only 4 inches off to the left, turned the adjuster screw and had the same location for the next three shots. Turned it a five more clicks and when I returned to the fire position the dot was up in the top right corner of the viewing area..... At that point it would no longer respond to adjustment of any sort and after I removed the battery to try reseting the unit with no change. Cost me $10 a round for the six rounds i actually got through this thing before it broke. Do not buy one of these.

OK Sight for the money
The Red Dot was too large for my purposes. If you intend to shoot cans at 25 feet or less, this sight should be just fine!
Pros: Fair value for the money
Cons: Red Dot too large for most uses

PMRS is POS
Projects from rear onto a screen so red dot moves when you move your head. With the clamp and set screw tight the top of the unit has so much movement that you can move the dot completely off a 1 meter target at 50 meter distance. Also BSA wants you to sent them a $10 shipping fee so they can tell you that their product is a pos. Save your money and put it toward a quality optic.
Pros: wide field of view for easy target aquirement

READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!
Great little sight. Mine broke when one of my idiot friends dropped my rifle on concrete when it was still attached. I would recommend this item and others like it over tube-style red dot sights. There is less vertical "stringing" of shots with reflex sights as opposed to red-dot sights because there is less movement of the sight picture and more reference points.
Pros: Good price, accuracy, sight picture and battery life.
Cons: Should use thumb screws instead of alen-wrench screws.

Pretty good sight for your $$$
Just got done building a pre-ban MAK-90. Needed a cheap good sight. Installed and zeroed with ease. When shooting indoors I had to put the brightness to 1 or 2, but when your outdoors setting 4-5 seemed too dim. But still can and locate target, other wise it's a good for the money and held up great from the heat and recoil from a 7.62x39. If you own or shot AK varieties you know how much heat comes off of the fore grip
Pros: Easy to see, easy to use, held zero after 300rd of 7.62x39. Great for indoor
Cons: very dim even on highest setting when outdoors

Cheap Battery Cover Threading
I'm not sure if this is a problem with these products in general or if I just had one defective product but, the battery cover would loosen to the point of reticle failure upon chambering and either loosen or completely pop off upon firing the weapon.
Pros: Lots of great reticle settings, very bright, easy to install
Cons: cheap battery threading
