Scope...
Great scope so far, I switched from a Tasco 6-24x42 and havent looked back. Its nice to have confidence in your scope and knowing where the bullet will hit. Its mounted on a Remington 700 ADL in .243. Love the gun, love the scope!

Delicate Scope
For this price point it is a nice scope with many features. I had a problem after about 200 shots in that the eye piece lens came loose and tilted in the tube making the scope useless. I sent it back to BSA for warranty work and they sent me a new one. So far it has been fine after about 400 shots.
great scope to use and for the money
bought this scope a year ago. very good. on my Remington .243 and can put holes in nickles at 100yds.took 2 shots 1/4 inch between them. one of the best scopes I have ever owned. scope is clear to infinity and easy to use.

Decent glass but dont bother
I HAVE RECENTLY ADDED THIS ON A .308 REMINGTON 700 TACTICAL. I HAVE THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM AS OTHER REVIEWER. I GO TO SIGHT IN RIFLE AND AT 25 YRDS I FINALLY GET ON PAPER AND IN A FIVE SHOT GROUP I HAVE ZERO CONSISTENT RESULTS. I KNOW HOW TO MOUNT AND SIGHT IN. THIS SCOPE HAS DECENT GLASS BUT ITS WORTHLESS.

Cons:
- Not consistent

just a bad one
Guess you get them once in a while. Front yardage marks are nowhere near right. The rear focus is not good. Windage adjustments are sloppy. Trying to get sighted at 25 yards. Three or 4 cutting then a flyer at 4 or 5 " high and right. This happened 8 times. Put on a Nikon 3-9 and shot at 75 yards and 10 3 shot groups under an inch. Shooting 55 years and not had a problem like this.

Very nice scope
Bought this scope to get better magnification and sharpness when shooting at 100 yards. It works extremely well. Easy to adjust to your eyes and I had AMD surgery and cataract
on my right eye. One word of caution; make sure you buy medium or high rings otherwise it wont mount properly on your rifle.

BSA rifle scope
This is the second BSA Platinum PT 624 X 44 MD that I purchased . It is an amazing scope and have not found a better scope made for under $ 400. Bucks . This one only cost $ 117. There are a few changes to this latest scope that I don't like though . It no longer comes with both a 3" and a 5 " sunshade . And they changed the design of both the windage and elevation knobs .. No real big deal , but I prefer the old style better . I will be buying a third one to mount on my .308 Valmet .

Great scope for the money
Bought this based on reviews. Excellent clarity at all power settings. Positive click adjustments with perfect repeatability. Only complaint I have is the mil dots could be a little darker. Especially for aging eyes like mine. Quality is equal to scopes costing much more.
Pros:
- Excellent value
Cons:
- none so far
Best Used for:
- target shooting 200 yards and greater

Awesome
I bought this scope from optics planet and the shipping was great. The scope is every thing I was looking for and more as well as the price you can not find a better deal on a scope of this quality. To match it you would spend 300 to 400 on a scope that would compete. All and all I love and I have shot with high dollar scopes and I seen little difference thanks optics planet and your team.

Great Scope Value
I needed a scope for my .243 bench rifle and settled on the BSA 6-24X44 A?O Mildot from Optics Planet. I got the usual great service from OP and the scope seems to be all I could expect. Great clarity and brightness, easy to zero and holds zero ( I only have about 80 rounds through my .243 with the BSA). I also sense that this scope will be rugged enough to last many years on this rifle. The 24 power with the mil dot reticle allows me to 'reach out' and accurately place shots at 200, 300 and 400 yards.
Pros: exceptional clarity and brightness

PT624X44MD BSA Optics Platinum Rifle Scope 6-24x44mm A/O MILDOT RETICLE PT624X44MD Riflescope
This scope is easy to setup and retains the settings. I installed the scope on a 243 Winchester and use it for varmint hunting using home loads. It is a good value for the dollar and complements the 243s inherent accuracy making an extremely accurate shooting system with 2 accuracy at 300 yards. I have been shooting for over 60 years and feel that you can spend more money for another brand but will find no more accuracy and value than found in this scope for far less.
