These bonoculars have excellent optics, are bright, and easy to use. Why Bushnell Marketing would include an undersized carrying pouch, which cheapens the product, is beyond comprehension.

Water proof Fog proof
I purchased this because I wanted a fog proof product. I cannot really rate it for that yet as we need a little colder weather. These are not a crisp as I would have liked but for the price they are acceptable. I purchased these for deer hunting so it remains to be seen if I will be able to clearly see antlers at 150 or 200 yards.

Works really well
Bought it for a recent trip to Peru, it served it a purpose, details of sites and ruins pop out clearer, and it was easy to adjust focus. The neck strap also was perfect since climbing the steps of machu picchu didn't leave my hands free with the walking stick and either phone or camera in the other hand.
Have not used the water proof feature but it did give me the confidence that it will not malfunction after some of the surprise drizzle given the unpredictable weather up there in the Andes.

Great binoculars
I purchased these binoculars to replace some small compact binoculars I used which were 16x. Any binoculars over 10x, you will find, are way too much power....These Bushnell H2O 8x25 are the perfect binoculars to have. They give you a large field of view, and the power is just about right. All the spec. are great, waterproof, fogproof, and they fold up into a very small package. Also, the lenses are coated for glare free viewing.

Long Distance mileage binocs
I am cycling across America in 2011. I will need a lightweight, sturdy, quality binocs. So far, the binocs are sturdy, and very quality, but not as lightweight as I'd like. Still, I think for all other purposes, they are a very good value. My use with them will be making it across the country in dirty, dusty, wet conditions.
