Unreliable keypad...unsupportive company - Bulldog Cases & Vaults 7x12x10 Standard Pistol Vault

I purchased this gun safe in March 2012 and as of June 1st, have had the keypad malfunction ~5 times. The malfunction is sporadic and unpredictable. Upon entering the 6-digit code (at least 6-digits are required), the keypad begins rapidly beeping and will not stop until I unlock the safe with the key and remove the batteries. I have contacted the company about the problem and have been completely ignored. I DO NOT recommend this safe.
Pros: nice size
Cons: unreliable...which matters most for a gun safe
