Bulldog Extreme Green with Tan Trim 48" Rifle
A very nice rifle case at a reasonable price. I like the sturdy main zipper, shoulder strap and overall shape of the case. I have read complaints about the side pocket zipper not holding up well ..... I have had no such problem. I much prefer the green and tan color. I hope that I will never have to find out if the case really floats but it does resist rain quite well. This particular case is the right size for a 46" overall length or shorter gun. My son and I purchased four of the 52" inch Bulldog Extreme "shotgun" cases for longer length, unscoped military surplus rifles (Mosin-Nagants, Mausers)and they have held up just fine for several years. I would expect the same of the 48" case.

Does the job
I use this case for my Ruger M77 .300 Win Mag. It's rugged for a soft case and large enough to accommodate the rifle with a Leupold 2-7x scope and a Harris 6-9" bipod mounted on the sling swivel stud. I own several Bulldog soft cases for both rifles and handguns and they are excellent.
