I bought a fullfield IV 2.5-10X42 out of the box the turrets would move the crosshairs wouldn't move at all was told by burris I needed their scope rings I told them no brand if scope rings would make a scope track it's a internal problem since I didn't buy their scope rings I was told it was me or my rifle the paperweight went into the dumpster
