Top shelf optic without the top shelf cost - Burris Fullfield IV 2.5-10x42 mm 1in Tube Second Focal Plane (SFP) Rifle Scope

Superb clear optics with great resolution to edges of the objective. I very much like fine and well-defined crosshair lines, plus the set up of the illumination rotation switch; it increases brightness on every other stop, with ‘off’ between each increment, which allows a one-click on/off set at the brightness preferred, vs having to rotate from an off position all the way to the desired brightness — nice thinking here by the Burris team. The magnification ring has a nice firm feel with not too much resistance. Of particular mention, the focusing eye piece is fast adjusting with very subtle clicks. Overall, the Fullfield IV seems to be a very well-crafted optic at a very economical price point. If this scope lasts as long as my first Burris scope (over 20yrs), I don’t expect to have a need to use the ‘forever warranty’
