Buyer beware - Burris Eliminator III 3-12x44mm Laser Rifle Scope

I purchased the Burris Eliminator III scope Model # 200116 4x-16x-50MM. to put on my Remington 700 Ultimate Muzzleloader. This is the most expensive scope that I have ever purchased, but after reading all the reviews and watching numerous U-Tube videos, I thought it was worth the money. I mounted the scope and called Burris because there were no ballistics for a muzzleloader in the set-up manual. I was then told by the Burris tech support person that this scope WILL NOT work on a muzzleloader. I told him that I have watched videos where they have mounted the Eliminator III to a muzzleloader. He explained that I would have to purchase the Eliminator III model 200119 in order for this scope to work on a ML. I am very disappointed in Burris. This is a very expensive scope and to find out that it is useless for my application is unacceptable. NO where on their website did it state this would not work on a ML OR that you need to buy a particular model in order to mount on a ML. There at least 3 different model of the Eliminator iii and only 1 will work on a ML. At the time of writing this Burris has not done the right thing. Richard Maguire
