Good but not great, - Burris Signature HD Scope 3-15x44mm 1 in Tube Second Focal Plane Rifle Scope

I bought this scope to go on a 22-250 for varmint and bench shooting on occasion. Glass is good, no problems around the edges, light transmission is ok, but not up to the level of my VX5HD 3-15x44 firedot. Leupold. But the Leopold is $600.00 higher. Turrets are good , very good feel, not mushy. Zero stop works well and I'm getting two and a half turns of up elevation which equated to over 1000 yards. Wish it was 30 mm tube but that adds money. Over all im pleased with it. And Burris has a excellent warranty. Like the e3 reticle and the only part to light up is the very center and very small cross . I like this very much. For the money, excellent scope.
