Most Helpful Positive Review Burris 3x9x40 Riflescope
I am an avid deer hunter with military experience. This is one of the best scopes I have ever used. Pros: Clear optics on any power Cons: NONE!!!
Most Helpful Negative Review Junk dont buy
Nice glass but the magnification ring is so tight and takes some effort to turn for me. My 11 year old cant even turn it. I sent it in to burris and they told me there is nothing wrong with it. I own a Leopold, nikon, athlon, and vortex scope all turn so smooth doesn't take much to turn.

Clarity on a tight budget

For a very low priced entry level optic it out shines and out performs most if not all. I needed a basic 3x9 scope and went for the Burris. They never fail me and I ALWAYS get more than I expected.

I hunt whitetail in an area of hardwoods and swamps that allow an average shot of about 40-100 yards. This Burris fits that needs perfectly. Easy to mount and sight in. I bought another for my son! Highly Recommended!!

Good quality.

I’m impressed with the quality of the scope. Looking through the scope the glass is clear and the reticle is simple to use. The zoom ring is smooth and feels snug to move so you know it will stay put during use. Overall it seems very good quality. Good value too.

This is a great scope for most of the places you are going to hunt in the southeast. Clear glass and great eye relief. Optics Planet had the best price. Lightweight and perfect for a scout rifle.
