I bought the high rings for a use with a 42mm objective scope on a CZ 452 American, sporter barrel. Two sets of side clamps are supplied with no documentation as to why. I did find that one set fits the 3/8 and the other will work with 11mm rails.
Pros: Easy to setup
Cons: No detailed instructions for extra set of clamps
