Man I love this scope!! Mounted on a .308 rifle and I am nailing targets out to 600 yds no problem!! Wish the scope had 50mm lens but otherwise it's great. High Burris quality, extremely great optics, light, the laser ranging/aiming dot is awesome. Can't wait to go sheep hunting!

BURRIS ELIMANATOR
I HAVE BOUGHT FOUR ELIMINATOR SCOPES AND EVERY ONE HAD TURN ON AND OFF PROBLEMS FROM THE VERY START. AFTER THE FIRST 15 ROUNDS THE SCOPE STARTED TO GET ALL KINDS OF DEBRIS INSIDE THE OPTICS, AS IF THE INSIDE POWDER COATING WAS COMING UNDONE.
VERY,VERY POOR DESIGN.
Awesome Rifle Scope
This scope is amazing. With the press of a button the scope will determine distance to target and a very small light will appear on your verticle crosshair showing where your bullet will impact at that distance. Having never shot at 600 yards, I entered the published drop number for my ammo, zeroed at 200 yards and fired. My first few shots were on paper about 8 inches low. I adjusted my drop number in the scope and fired 20 rounds for record. Ended up with 194/200 (prone with bipod, 24-inch, .223 heavy barrel, using 53 grain Hornady V-max Superformance ammo. I love this scope!!!
Pros: With the press of a button this scope shows you where your bullet will impact. It's the ultimate rifle scope.
Cons: None.

Shuts Down After Every Shot
I have this scope mounted on a 300 Weatherby Mag. After the first initial 20 rounds it now shuts off after every shot. The only way to get it working is to remove the battery and put it back in. I'm returning it!
Cons: Unable to use. The computer shuts down

Set up may be difficult for those that have trouble following instructions! I have had this scope for 2 years mounted on a 7mm win mag, have fired approx. 500 rds at the range, consistantly shoot groups of 3 moa at 300 yrds, gallon milk jugs filled with water at 500 yrds no problem, hunting in temps of -10 below with no malfunction, 2010 7 point bull elk at 648 yrds, 5x5 muley at 200 yrds, perfect every time, 2011 Cow elk at 410 & 5x4 muley at 275, no probems at all as yet, the price was well worth the big bull alone. it is still operating on battery that came with it even after all the the shooting I have done, crystal clear optics, I love it!
Pros: great product no need to carry range finder.

mb hunter 2011 needs more info
I'm interested in purchasing this product but I've found that 1 out of 4 customers have found this scope to have problems,I think Burris needs to address this issue. It is a lot of money to spend on a product that's not looking to reliable.
Pros: built in range finder.
Cons: electronics don't appear to be reliable.

I bought two of these scopes and all I did was waste ammo. Mounted on a 300 win mag and after ten rounds all the electronics just shut down. Not a good scope. Do not waste your time or money if you plan to mount on large cal.

Best Scope
This scope is everything advertised and more. Painless online ordering, arrived quickly, well packaged and marked 'delicate instrument'. Everything needed was included.. even a sun shield which wasn't advertised.

Need Hardware
Excellent product, but not enough information on the base needed with different models of rifles and then after I got the base, had to order the hex screws to mount. Made for delays in getting this combo into the field. Thanks Don
Pros: Excellent Product
Cons: Needed to go back and order a different base, then had to order Hex screws to mount scope.
