Spider's Review of Burris FastFire Reflex Red-Dot Sight Mounting Plates

Rather than attempting to match the curvature of the top of the slide which may vary the mounting plate bridges the the top with a groove. You screw it to a threaded plate that fits into the dovetail for the rear sight. Be sure to use thread lock and level the plate before tightening the two screws.

  • You need to be careful to position it before tightening screws or it can be canted left or right
