Most Helpful Positive Review Burris Ruger Weaver Adapter
These work great to open up the ring choices on a Ruger rifles. They work very well with the Zee Signature rings so you can dial in elevation on a Ruger rifle where you would normally need a 20MOA base on another brand of rifle. These along with the Zee Signature rings are all you need to turn a Rug...

Most Helpful Negative Review Not for Fastfire
I bought this with the Fastfire, but the Fastfire does not work with it's Weaver mount. Had to order another piece separately and paid double what I would have paid had I bought other part with the Fastfire instead of this mount. Pros: NA Cons: NA

Ruger to Burris optic

by Mike, from AR, United States Written on February 13, 2021
Solid bases, easy to install and after zeroing the rifle and shooting about 50 rounds through it optic still hasn’t moved. If you have an older rifle and want to mount newer optics this is an excellent product for it

Weaver mount for M77 Hawkeye

by hawkeye shooter, from MI, United States Written on January 2, 2017
The adapter bases is built very solidly. It fit the Ruger M77 Hawkeye extremely well and provided a solid mount. Thus far, I shot about 50 300 Win Mag load and the mount stood up rock solid. This mount allows using any weaver style rings and provides for many more mounting options for scopes more economically. One issue I found is that the Weaver brand tip off rings are will not work. The ring base hit the hump in the Burris base and does not provide enough room for the cross slot screw to fit in the base groove. This problem was resolved by going to a Burris brand or Millet brand scope ring.

Weaver Redhawks base adapters

by retired young, from FL, United States Written on February 9, 2016
The quality of construction and materials are fine, the design and layout are not. The extrusion in the center of the front base real minimizes the adaptability with a variety of products. The item does not work for the configuration that I was hoping to use it for because the extruded portion of the base interferes with the rings I tried to mount and the alignment of my intended optic doesn't configure with my desired application.

Awesome base adapters

by bubba, from NM, United States Written on July 16, 2015
Installed these adapters on ruger 300 win. Mag. They were easy to install and they worked perfect with the Burris eliminator III scope. I took the rifle to the range and sighted it in. The combination of the ruger rifle, Burris eliminator III, and these adapters worked well. I am shooting the rifle out to 1000 yards and hitting consistently. Very happy with product!

Ruger M77 adapter mount for over sized scope

by Legacy Reviewer, Written on March 23, 2013
They simply don't make Ruger rings high enough for scopes over 50mm. This adapater makes it easy to use standard rings on the proprietary Ruger system.
Pros: Super easy set up
Cons: None

Not a perfect fit for latest Mini-30

by Legacy Reviewer, from WA, United States Written on May 22, 2010
This was the second set of Burris base adapters that I bought from Optics Planet because they erroneously listed the first set as able to fit mini-30's, which it was not. I had to visit the Burris web site to determine the correct set of adapters and paid to return the wrong ones out of my own pocket. The correct adapters seemed to fit well except for the rear adapter which had to have a notch ground into its underside so that I wouldn't have to remove the rear sight. I also had to ground down the raised portion in the center of the adapters in order to fit a red dot scope with a large diameter lens and low mounts. This was a lot of grinding for such small adapters. The result is that now I have a very low mount that doesn't raise my line of sight more than a half inch. The adapters are made of steel but are small enough that they don't add too much more weight.
Pros: Very low profile
Cons: Requires some grindingto fit
