Called customer service at Optic planet, informed that should call Burris for the screws, since I can do with out the additional torx wrench (Which all should have been with the package.) Burris wanted to know why I needed the screws when they come with the SpeedBead? Well, so do the risers. So why else would someone buy this accessory, and need the screws, unless you were going to use it on a FastFire.
