James Callahan's Review of Burris Timberline 4.5-14x32 Rifle Scope w/ Ballistic Plex Reticle
Crisp and clear.
This is the second scope I have gotten from Burris. It is clear seeing with your naked eye though all levels of of magnification. If it does become a little blurry use the range select to clear it up like binos. I love the fact that it goes as low as 7 yards even though realistically I will never need it at that range.
I purchased a Remington 700 for my daughter ,who is 16, to get into long range shooting. The rifle is a good base rifle for such but the scope that came on it is garbage. As all fathers want to see their children succeed, I had to get a better scope. I got the Burris Xtream Tactical Picatinny rings to go with it. Debate if if I should of got a cavalier rings instead because of how generous the eye relief is. I wanted this extended eye relief so my daughter would cut paper and not her eye. If you are worried about the recoil of your rifle, I would recommend this scope. Even if you are not worried about your recoil it is still a top choice.
