Burris timberline 4.5-14x32 - Burris Timberline 4.5-14x32 Rifle Scope w/ Ballistic Plex Reticle

I purchased this scope because it boasted so many features in a small package. The problem I have found with this scope is that none of its many features work very well. The AO seems to work nicely, but the finger turn/ coin turn turrets are so tight that they cant be turned by hand and are even difficult to turn with the use of a coin. Also there is considerable image distortion at the lower power settings (4.5x-8x) that makes it look like you are seeing through a fish bowl. I contacted Burris about these problems and they told me they were not normal and that I should send it in. I am currently in the process of returning this item. Could be a great scope is these problems were cleared up.
