Good for the money - Burris XTR II 5-25x50mm Tactical Rifle Scope

I was considering Schmidt & Bender Police Marksman II for my TRG 42 in .338 Lapua, but opted for this new Burris, due to the high S&B price. I've shot it once by now - just sighted-in at 200 yards. In general, I'm happy with my purchase. The clarity of the glass is no S&B, but at a third of the price - it's very impressive. The wheels are comfortable and adjustments are precise. I've got a 1.5 inch 5-shot group at 200 yards, which is OK, but keeping in mind that .338 Lapua is not yet stabilized at that range. I didn't have an opportunity to use the scope at a longer range yet and cannot attest to its longevity, as I've just got it. In all- I'm happy with the scope as a value for the price. Maybe I'm judging too harsh, as I use Schmidt & Bender Police Marksman II for the benchmark, which sells for $3,700.
