Purchased this after looking at several brands and powers for my new Ruger American Rimfire Rifle(RARR-LOL). I liked the power range and the size as the 3X9's and larger with their 40mm objective lens required a high set of rings to clear the rear sight, I could have just removed it but then if the scope failed I would have nothing but a club in the woods. The side focus, which I have never had is really nice and easy to use and although the power ring is a bit on the stiff side right now it is positive without any creep. Like I say its a nice compact package for a 22 and since its a dedicated BDC for the 22 it should work out well. I read a bunch on this scope and everyone seemed happy wit the performance of the BDC so I will give it a try. I have not had a chance to get it out yet do to the bad weather we are having but it will turn soon and out it goes to the range. I will do a followup review after i get the chance to shoot it at 25-50-75-100 yards to see how accurate the BDC is going to be.
Pros:
- Compact, easy to use. Reasonable price. Good quality for the money.

This is my second AR Optics series scope. First one went on a Ruger American rifle (.308 Caliber). It is a solid competitor in the field of intermediate optic. Easy to use and rugged. This one is for a Remington 597 .22lr rifle. While I have trouble with the rifle the scope has worked perfectly. Great combination of features and price.
Pros:
- Easy focus
- clear optics
- Bullet drop compensating

have put atleast 1000 rounds on this optic on a savage a22lr. it is wonderful. the only complaint is don't use the turrets for tracking(not good) I was hoping I could zero at 50 feet(for an indoor shoot) then use the turrets to set at 50 yds for outdoor shooting. nope when I went back and forth the zero was way way off say 6 moa or worse. for 100 bucks I guess you cant have everything. so I will just leave the zero at 50 yds and enjoy..
Cons:
- dont use turrets for tracking

This Bushnell scope proved to be a great value for the cost compared to the costs of similar scopes from other makers. The scope performed great out to my 100 yard zeroing. Great value..........................

Clear glass, good focus, BDC works great all the way up to 125 yards. I used regular velocity and match ammo. Mounted on a Marlin xt22 with Boyds At One stock. Highly recommend for multi purpose use. 2-7 is a little weak for small targets past 75.

The optics on this entry level priced optic are super clear and well worth the money. I could not be happier with my purchase. I purchased Weaver 1in X-Large Tactical Rings to hold the optic in place. I have not zeroed it yet, I will update the review once I have used it. Great customer service from Optics Planet regarding ring size. Lifetime Guarantee from Bushnell for this price can not be beat.
Pros:
- Price
- Looks
- caliber specific
Best Used for:
- plinking
- Target shooting
- 22LR

Discovered this scope while poking around on You Tube. Liked its features. Got it, sighted it in at 25 yards, and was totally delighted because it performed as advertised. The BDC reticle was especially accurate, I mean spot on, which made shooting very fun. Liked this scope so much, I searched to see if Bushnell made a similar one in the same line for my 6.5 Creedmore. They did and it works great, too! When a company makes a product that works so well, they deserve public credit and thanks.

It is the best .22 Rimfire Scope That I have ever owned. I would recommend it highly. I put it on my Ruger 10/22 Take Down along with a BX trigger, a Volquatsen mag release and a Magpul Stock which accepts the barrel.

This scope is nice and clear. Turret adjustments seem accurate and precise. Scope is a little heavy for a 2-7 with a 32mm objective @19 oz. Also the eye piece is pretty large and I could see it getting in the way of the bolt on a bolt rifle so I'd only recommend this for a semi. Parallax adjusts down to 10 yards which I like.

I added a Ruger American Rimfire to my arsenal as I am a BIG fan of anything with Ruger on it. I thought I would buy another Vortex like I have on another Ruger rimfire rifle but ran across this one and liked the adjustable paralax so I bought it instead. GREAT decision ....... still love Vortex scopes but this one really answers the call for clear glass, a great reticle, and an adjustable paralax. The varmints around my property are in real trouble!
