Battery compartment cover was cross threaded as shipped from factory. Cannot get the cover off to change battery. Very little surface area around battery cover to leverage for turning means a plier was tried - which didn’t go well for the finish. So, with no access to battery, this sight is now a non illuminated reticle or in my case it will become a paperweight. Should have read other online reviews before purchasing that document this same issue with battery cover.
