Most Helpful Positive Review FIVE STARS for the 8X42 H2O
I purchased both the Bushnell 8X42 H2O binoculars and the Bushnell Trophy 8X56 binoculars. The 8X42 H20 are lighter, more compact and clearer and brighter than its larger heavier bigger brother Bushnell Trophy not to mention CHEAPER. My wife has confiscated the H2O's and now I am looking at buying another set for myself. GREAT VALUE and FEATURES for the price. Pros: Manageable size and light weight Cons: None YET!!

Good, Solid Birding Binoculars

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner Written on May 8, 2011
I bought the Bushnell 8X40 H20 binoculars as a backup to my Swift Audubon 8.5X44 while they were being repairs. I got them because they were inexpensive, had good reviews, and had appropriate apertures for birding. I was very surprised at the excellent quality of the lens, the easy of adjusting and using them. They are a bit heavy for their size but I like them.
Pros: Easy adjustment, fog proof, water proof, surprisingly good optics
Cons: A bit heavy

Solid Binoculars

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner from GA, United States Written on May 18, 2009
I bought these for my next deployment. I like how solid they feel. In my limited optics experience, these seem very clear and crisp. Price on here was about half of the brick and mortar store.
Pros: Attached lens covers, waterproof
Cons: strap can come lose
